With the Johnson/Mayfair Cartridge Aerator Pump, bilge pump cleaning and maintenance no longer call for complete disassembly. A Cartridge Bilge Pump from Johnson Pumps can be removed for cleaning or replacement without the use of a single tool. Just lift the locking tab on top, give the cartridge a twist, and pull it out; that’s all there is to it. The cartridge contains an all-in-one motor/impeller unit with no loose parts.
The Johnson Cartridge Pump uses remarkably little electricity for the amount of water it pumps. The improved, efficient motor also provides increased service life, thanks in part to an ingenious solution which circulates the discharge water around the motor for cooling.
Oil changes are a pain in the neck, but the process just got faster with this easy-to-use Pump!
Connects to current marine engine oil dip stick tube with a male hose fitting, and the unique design allows for one-handed pumping. Quick and easy… just how you like it! Pump has 3/4″ brass fitting and 1/2″ x 2′ drain hose.
