Flavors:

Original: Ingredients- Wheat Flour, Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Dehydrated Egg, Black Pepper, Mono Sodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Paprika (color), Dextrose, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Beet Powder (color), Sugar.

Extra Crispy: Ingredients-Wheat Flour, Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Dehydrated Egg, Celery Seed, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Paprika (color), Beet Powder (color)

Cajun: Ingredients- Wheat Flour, Salt, Dehydrated Egg, Nonfat Dry Milk, Black Pepper, Mono Sodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Paprika (color), Beet Powder (color), Dextrose, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Sugar, Dehydrated Habanero Chiles

To use as a breading place food in zip lock bag, add just enough breading to coat the food, shake bag, remove food from bag and cook ( bake, broil, grill or fry).

To use as a batter: place breading in medium size bowl, add liquid of choice ( water, beer, ect) and mix to desired consistency.
